The principal
R. Scott Grissom, CPA, MBA
Scott is the principal of Grissom CPA, PLLC. He built the practice around a single line of work: assurance engagements for Florida community associations.
He plans, directs, reviews, and signs every report the firm issues. For a board or a manager, that means the CPA in the proposal meeting is the same person answering questions in February and the same person whose name is on the report.

One line of work
Audits, reviews, and compilations for Florida HOAs and condominium associations. No tax practice competing for capacity in February and March, when December year ends need attention.
Principal-led engagements
Planning, direction, review, and the signed report all sit with the CPA you meet. One point of contact throughout, rather than a hand-off after the proposal is accepted.
Statewide, from South Florida
The office is in Hollywood, in Broward County, near Fort Lauderdale. Associations are served throughout Florida, and the engagement runs the same way wherever the community sits.
Practice scope
We concentrate exclusively on Florida community associations. This is the only work the firm markets and the only work it is built around. If an engagement outside that scope is ever accepted, it is an exception rather than a line of business, and it is not represented here as our work.
